What does it cost for me to participate in your program?
Our referral service is free to you, the consumer. The preferred
broker pays Ehome-Rebate.com (a licensed real estate brokerage
in the State of Colorado) a referral fee of up to 35% of their
earned commission. Real Estate Rebates pays rebates to consumers
from this
referral fee. Back to FAQ

Who are your preferred real estate brokers?
Through a telephone or face-to-face interview, we carefully select
brokers from brand-name companies in each market. Here is a sampling
of the questions we ask:
1)
Do you work in real estate full-time? (We make sure it's not just
a hobby).
2) How long have you been licensed?
3) Have you ever had your license suspended for any reason?
4) How long have you been working in real estate in your local
market?
5) How many transactions do you average in a year?
6) How often do you continue your real estate education through
specialized training?
7) Can we have the names of your three most recent clients?
We
do our best to determine that our preferred agents are not only
experienced, but that they also care about people and are enjoyable
to work with. Back to FAQ
----------------------------------------------------------------
What are the names of the brand-name companies you use?
Because
only a select FEW brokers from brand-name companies are enrolled
in our network, the brand-name companies do not want it to seem
like ALL of their brokers participate. For this reason, we cannot
disclose the names of the leading companies where our preferred
brokers work . . . until you fill out our form to be referred.

broker.
What
we can put in print is that we most often refer to a certain brand-name
company that leads the real estate industry in experience, education,
and production:
1)
Its agents average more than 13 years of experience.
2) Its agents have more advanced industry education than agents
of any single competitor.
3) Its agents out-produce competing agents 3 to 1.
4) Its agents receive an average of 70 percent of their business
from referrals and repeat clients.
5) It has one of the most recognizable business logos in the world.

When Ehome-Rebate.com refers me to a preferred broker, am I obligated
to use that broker?
No.
You are free to decide whether or not to participate. If you want
a rebate, then you must choose our preferred broker. Should you
decide you do not want a rebate, you can choose another broker IF
you have not signed a contract to work exclusively with the preferred
broker. Back to FAQ
----------------------------------------------------------------
Is the Rebate Voucher a contract to work exclusively with the preferred
broker?
No. When you and the preferred broker sign the Rebate Voucher, it
commits Ehome-Rebate.com to pay the specified rebate only IF
you use the services of the preferred broker to successfully close
on a home. Keep in mind, it is common practice for a real estate
broker to ask you to sign a separate contract which creates an exclusive
working arrangement. Always review contracts carefully and with
appropriate counsel, if desired, before signing. Back
to FAQ
----------------------------------------------------------------
Is Real Estate Rebates responsible for the acts of the preferred
broker?
No.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that our preferred
brokers are of the highest reputation, Ehome-Rebate.com
is not responsible for the acts of the brokers in our network.
Our only responsibility is to remove a broker from our network
if they
fail to meet our high standards. Our strict screening process has
served us well so far, and we expect that our consumers will
continue
to be satisfied with our preferred brokers.

----------------------------------------------------------------
What if I am not satisfied with the services of the preferred broker?
You may switch to another broker in our network or opt-out of our
program altogether IF you have not signed a contract to work exclusively
with the preferred broker. Simply e-mail us at concerns@ehome-rebate.com.
If you have already signed a contract to work exclusively with the
preferred broker, any effort to be released from that contract must
be taken up with the preferred broker, the owner of the real estate
brokerage firm, your local board of REALTORS®
or your stateユs Real Estate Commission. Back to FAQ
----------------------------------------------------------------
I want to buy a home but I also have a home to sell. Can I get a
rebate for each transaction?
Yes!
The same preferred broker can help you buy and sell, and you will
receive two rebates upon sending two HUD-1 settlement statements
(one for each home) to Real Estate Rebates. Click
here for an exact rebate calculation. One simple form. No obligation.

----------------------------------------------------------------
What is a HUD-1 Settlement Statement?
A HUD-1
settlement statement is a document you will receive at closing from
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. It is an itemization
of all costs associated with closing on a home, and we need a copy
of the original before we send your rebate(s). Back

----------------------------------------------------------------
Where do I send the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and Rebate Voucher?
Ehome-Rebate.com
46 Hoolai Street
Kailua, Hi 96734
Note:
We do not accept faxed copies. You must mail a copy of the original
HUD-1 and the Rebate Voucher. Back to FAQ
----------------------------------------------------------------
How soon after closing will I receive my rebate?
Once
we have received your HUD-1 and Rebate Voucher, AND we have received
the agreed upon referral fee from the preferred broker, we will
send your rebate(s). Typically, you will have your rebate within
two weeks of sending the Rebate Voucher and HUD-1. Back

What if the preferred broker doesn't pay the referral fee
to Real Estate Rebates?
We
carefully select our preferred brokers, and have never had one fail
to pay the referral fee. As you can imagine, it is in their best
interest to pay the referral fee to continue receiving quality leads
from Real Estate Rebates. However, in the unlikely event the preferred
broker fails to pay the referral fee, Real Estate Rebates will NOT
pay a rebate to the consumer. Back to FAQ
