5. Within 30 days, meet with the preferred broker.

6. Both you and the preferred broker sign the Rebate Voucher

7. Buy and/or sell a home and successfully close the transaction with the help of the preferred broker.

8. After closing, mail us your HUD-1 Settlement Statement and Rebate Voucher

9. Within two weeks of receiving your Rebate Voucher and HUD-1, weﾕll send you your rebate(s).
